PANTENE Waterless Collection; Best Dry Shampoo

The Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray is an invisible formula that absorbs dirt and oil without any of the white powdery residue. The ingredients included Pro-Vitamin B5, wild mint and tapioca from the Cassava root. The tapioca absorbs excess oil as you apply to your scalp. Plus, it’s sulfate-free and paraben-free!

I use the Pantene Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray to prolong the time between washes and to refresh my hair before an event if I don’t have time to get a full wash and style in. My hair is so refreshed with the extra volume I need to get through the full evening!

What is a dry conditioner? If you are thinking the dry conditioner sounds too extra, try it first and then get back to me. Because it has become my favorite thing! I have frizzy prone hair, and going blonder doesn’t help, especially on humid days where styling is a struggle.
