Winter is over and like most people, I am dedicating more time to my fitness and getting on track with a regular workout schedule.
When the sun is shining my motivation to be active kicks in. But I need motivation on the cloudy days too. My membership with Equinox began this month, about mid-March and I am so excited to be back! Not to mention I’m so honored to be an EQXAmbassador and share my workout journey with you.
Being a former ballerina I get asked about my workout schedule/routine a lot. I’m the type of person that needs a pro to lead the workout. I’m super picky about instructors because I have had some of the best ballet teachers in the world and when you get used to having great people instruct you, well…

Why I Workout:
To understand my workout schedule it helps to understand why I am specific with which workouts I do.
I have very tight hip flexors + poas and thus prone to hip and lower back immobility and tightness. My main focus is to strengthen my core, stretch out my hip flexors, hamstrings etc… while building strength. I also, like the majority of gym goers, want to tighten, tone and get my booty into shape for the summer.
