Glossybox Arrives!
Ladies, is there a better feeling than coming home from a restful, tropical vacation to a pink box full of beauty products specifically selected for summer? That’s what happened to me last Wednesday! Glossybox is a monthly subscription that’s perfect if you are a beauty product lover because you will be introduced to new brands and products. However I think it can be very beneficial if you are new to or intimidated by the beauty department section because Glossybox sends you items you need and description of how to use them!
For me receiving a Glossybox is kind of like getting a surprise gift every month from your best friend, who happens to be a beauty insider.
Here’s how it works:
Every month Glossybox deliver’s 5 luxury and emerging items to your door. The products range in size [ I received a sample sized trial box ] and reflect the season you are in.
Tailored Match! When signing up you can complete and online profile to get items tailored specifically to you! It’s still a surprise each month… but they will be surprised you will love and definitely use.

What’s Inside Mine:
The Aloe Source Luminosity Mask:
The soothing gel masque combines pineapple and papaya enzymes to gently exfoliate skin, with aloe vera and willowherb extract to simultaneously soothe it, leaving your complexion radiant and more youthful-looking.
I LOVE putting papaya and aloe vera on my face already ( papaya has enzymes that eat away dead skin cells ) so this mask is perfection for me.
This fluffy kabuki brush can be used with blush and bronzer powder formulas to create a seamless sun-kissed look thanks to a dome-shaped brush head and natural hair fibers.
I just got back from the beach and need to illuminate my tan with bronzer so this brush will be put to work. Make-up brushes are something I like to collect but am not always sure I’m using them for their correct purpose so I’m very thankful for the instructional pamphlet here.
ORLY Nail Polish: [in sheer nude]
Both portable and convenient, these mini polishes are perfect for a summer manicure. Free of DBP, formaldehyde and toluene, and featuring an award-winning gripper cap, Orly is designed to offer both professional formulas and fashion-forward colors born from industry trends.
Glossybox knows me so well, even without filling out the tailored profile, I love nude, subtle colors especially this summer.
After setting out to create a truly buildable mascara, the brand introduced this carbon black, collagen-fueled formula, which enhances lashes more and more with every coat. The hourglass-shaped brush volumizes and lifts both top and bottom lashes.
It’s hard to come close my current mascara because I am very particular and took me a few tries until I found it! I don’t use eyelash extensions, I like to have dark, thick looking lashes and yes I hate it when the clump together! But I do love trying new brands and two-faced is one of my favorites for lips and eyeshadows. This mascara was very good, I loved the shape of the brush and how it brushed against my lashes. The color was dark and my lashes look great. I read some reviews online and many people raved how their lashes looked fake and they loved the results!
Etre Belle Aloe Vera Moisturizing Gel:
For summer-friendly hydration, this lightweight, oil-free hydrator, packed with liposomes, promises a glowing supple complexion. Also acting a skin-plumping primer, the gel formula replenishes skin’s moisture content and improves elasticity.
My favorite product was the Aloe moisturizing gel. It’s been such a great moisturizer/ primer to have around after my week in the Florida sun. I’ve been using it everyday, morning and night and might have to send a full sized one to my family in Florida!
