Embellished denim is a major must have right now. From patches to beading, to embroidery, there are endless ways to dope out your denim this season. What I love about the fun denim jacket this season is that it has great range. It will work as a layer over frilly dresses distressed denim and beachwear alike. If your wardrobe is erring on the pastel side this spring with lots of whites, pale pinks and the like go for a lighter wash denim with candy-colored embellishments. It will pair more easily with the majority of your closet.
