I am a little bit of a sweater fiend in Fall/Winter and my closet of pullovers and sweater knits is now so large it really takes a special piece to turn my head before adding it to my collection. We have seen preppy style come back as earlier as this past summer and the classic trend has continued into the colder months.
This preppy sweater from J.ing is is going to last beyond its current “it” factor. I’m wearing the small/ medium which fits perfectly for the oversized look. It is long enough to be a sweater dress, however I am 5’6 and I find that I barely get away with it as a dress. The boxy fit makes shorts or a shirt dress layer necessary underneath.
Here I am styling this shirt with a long blouse that peeks out the bottom a little, my gold choker and pearl drop earrings from Fairley Jewelry, and white to the knee boots. A more wearable way to wear this sweater would be with jeans or leggings and converse shoes.
